Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Underridge, operated by Greenridge Technologies, part of Greenridge Group, LLC. By using Underridge you agree to them.
The service
Underridge generates underwriting analysis, documents and models from materials you provide. Output is decision support, not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and for your own decisions.
Your account and content
- You must have the right to upload the materials you provide, including any confidentiality obligations to the parties who shared them.
- You own your materials and the packages generated for you. You grant us the rights needed to process them to provide the service.
- Members of your workspace can see the deals the workspace underwrites. Only invite people you trust.
Credits and payment
Each underwrite uses one credit. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable, except that a credit is returned automatically when a run fails.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces' data, or upload unlawful content.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
